Pure Mindset Coaching (PMC) and Affiliates (including ThriveWell and ONWARD)

At Pure Mindset Coaching (PMC), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Statement & Policy explains how PMC and its affiliated brands and offerings—including ThriveWell and ONWARD (collectively, “PMC Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)—collect, use, store, and share information when you interact with our services.
This policy is designed to be detailed and clear, while still easy to understand.
1) Scope: What this covers
This policy applies to information collected through:
  • Coaching services (1:1 coaching, group coaching, consultations)
  • Intake forms, assessments, and questionnaires
  • Websites and landing pages (including PMC and related brand sites)
  • Apps and digital products (including ThriveWell and ONWARD)
  • Courses, workshops, events, and community platforms
  • Email, SMS, phone, social media communications
  • Payments, bookings, and customer support
It does not apply to third-party websites/apps we do not control (even if we link to them).
2) Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: (A) you provide it, (B) we collect it automatically, (C) we receive it from trusted service providers you use to interact with us.
A) Information you provide to us
This may include:
  • Identity & contact info: name, email, phone, mailing address, timezone
  • Account info (if applicable): login credentials, profile details
  • Coaching-related info: goals, challenges, preferences, session notes you share, responses in intake forms
  • Wellness/lifestyle info you choose to share: routines, stressors, mindset patterns, journaling entries (app features)
  • Scheduling info: availability, appointment preferences
  • Payment info: billing address and transaction records (note: payment card details are typically handled by payment processors, not stored by us)
  • Communications: emails, texts, chat messages, feedback, survey responses
B) Information collected automatically
When you visit our websites or use our digital services, we may collect:
  • Device and usage data: IP address, device type, browser type, app version, pages/screens viewed, clicks, session duration
  • Cookies & similar tech: analytics, performance, and preference settings
  • Approximate location: derived from IP (not precise GPS unless you explicitly allow it in an app setting)
C) Information from third parties you use
Examples:
  • Scheduling platforms (appointment confirmations, time selected)
  • Payment processors (confirmation of payment, last 4 digits, transaction IDs)
  • Email/SMS providers (delivery status, unsubscribes)
  • App platforms (Apple/Google) or sign-in providers (if enabled)
3) How we use your information
We use information for the following purposes:
  • Provide and manage services (coaching, courses, digital products, community access)
  • Personalize your experience (content recommendations, journaling prompts, onboarding)
  • Scheduling and communication (confirmations, reminders, updates, support)
  • Payments and fraud prevention
  • Improve performance and user experience (analytics, troubleshooting, bug fixes)
  • Marketing (with choice and control) (newsletters, announcements, new offerings—opt out anytime)
  • Legal and safety (comply with law, enforce policies, protect rights and safety)
We do not sell your personal information.
4) Confidentiality for coaching and community use
Coaching confidentiality
Information you share in coaching sessions and intake forms is treated as confidential and used only to support your coaching experience.
Limits to confidentiality (legal and safety exceptions)
We may disclose information if we believe it is required to:
  • Comply with legal obligations (court order, subpoena, lawful request)
  • Address risk of serious harm to you or others
  • Investigate or respond to fraud, security, or misuse of our services
  • Protect our rights, property, or safety and the rights, property, or safety of others
Important note: Coaching is not therapy, and confidentiality rules may differ from licensed clinical treatment. See Section 14.
5) How we share information (and when we don’t)
We only share information in limited ways:
A) With service providers (“processors”)
We use trusted vendors to operate our business (examples: scheduling, payments, email delivery, analytics, hosting). These providers are permitted to use your data only to perform services for us and must follow appropriate safeguards.
B) Within the PMC Group (Affiliates)
To deliver services seamlessly, information may be shared within PMC and its affiliated brands (ThriveWell, ONWARD, related programs) for:
  • Account management
  • Support requests
  • Product access
  • Consistent client experience
C) For legal, safety, and compliance reasons
As described in Section 4.
D) Business changes
If PMC Group is involved in a business transition (e.g., reorganization, merger, acquisition), information may be transferred as part of that process, subject to appropriate privacy protections.
What we do NOT do
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not trade your data.
  • We do not share your personal data for third-party marketing without your permission.
6) Cookies, analytics, and tracking
We may use cookies or similar technologies to:
  • Remember preferences
  • Understand website/app performance
  • Improve content and user experience
  • Measure marketing effectiveness (where enabled)
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
7) Marketing communications (email/SMS)
If you opt in, we may send:

  • Limited-time offers
You can opt out anytime by:
  • Clicking “unsubscribe” in an email, or
  • Replying STOP to SMS (if applicable), or
  • Contacting us directly (see Section 13)
Transactional messages (like receipts or session reminders) may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing.
8) Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to:
  • Provide services
  • Maintain business records
  • Meet legal/tax requirements
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce agreements
Retention periods vary by data type. You may request deletion where applicable (see Section 9).
9) Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
  • Request access to your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion (where legally and operationally feasible)
  • Request a copy/portability of certain data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Restrict or object to certain processing (where applicable)

10) Security and protecting your information
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However:
  • No system is 100% secure
  • Email and online forms carry inherent risk
  • You are encouraged to avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured channels
By choosing to communicate electronically, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
11) Children’s privacy
PMC Group services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a program is offered for teens, it will require verified parent/guardian consent and will be governed by additional terms.
12) International users
If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the U.S. or other locations where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections where feasible.
