Client responsibility & assumption of risk
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. You assume full responsibility for the consequences of your use of PMC Group services, including any decisions you make in your personal life, career, finances, or health.
No warranties
PMC Group services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMC Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMC Group and its owners, coaches, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your participation in or use of PMC Group services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, PMC Group’s total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to PMC Group for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.
Release
By engaging with PMC Group, you agree to release and hold harmless PMC Group and its owners, coaches, contractors, and representatives from claims, demands, and liabilities arising from your participation, expectations, outcomes, decisions, or reliance on information provided through services or materials, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Individual results vary based on many factors outside PMC Group’s control, including your commitment, circumstances, and follow-through. No specific outcomes are promised or implied.
