“You might not be able to do it all, but find out all that you CAN do.”
My Story
Why I Became a Life Coach
Before I was a coach, I didn’t have a philosophy for myself. I cared way too much about what people thought of me, and I became a people pleaser. Work, family, friends, a random person on the street — it didn’t matter. I thought being available for everyone meant I was a good person. The truth was, I was draining myself trying to carry everybody while neglecting my own peace, confidence, and direction.
The turning point came after a conversation with my lady. Four years in, I had an “aha” moment I couldn’t unsee: I couldn’t keep living for other people’s approval while ignoring what I actually needed for myself. That moment pushed me to start standing on my own, trusting myself, and getting comfortable being alone — or being surrounded by a small circle of people who genuinely had my back.
Faith played a huge role in keeping me moving forward. Somewhere along the way I started to understand that not everyone is meant to go with you into your next chapter — and that’s okay.
Today, as an IEP Certified Coach, I help people who feel lost in what’s next — in their confidence, their mindset, the direction of their work, or their life overall. My goal isn’t to pretend life is perfect. It’s to help you become stronger, more self-aware, and confident enough to choose yourself — without apology.
